The care my dad received was very good. He was very confused and upset at times.
The carers, and deputy manager, were very patient with him and did all they could to make him comfortable, particularly at the end of his life when he was receiving end-of-life care for a week.
My mum was always made to feel welcome as she visited Dad every day during his four-month stay.

They did their very best to keep him comfortable, nothing was too much trouble! Their generosity extended to me for the time I spent there.

My mum moved Sutton Mum’s only been at Sutton Lodge since middle of September, but the change is amazing, Mum is back thanks to all the staff who work there, brilliant. Hall and Lodge from another care home who just couldn’t meet her needs.

I have to be honest, my biggest fear and that of my mother herself was for her to end up in a residential care home. It was always a case of, “God Forbid!” I must say, I am delighted with the way my mum has settled into The Sycamores Care Home.

I cannot praise the staff at The Hawthornes enough for the care my mum is receiving. She is happy and settled and the care she receives is outstanding. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble when you ask.

Cantley Grange has looked after my mum only for a short time, accommodation and food very high standard. Managers are well-trained and experienced. The staff, from seniors, carers, cleaners and kitchen all have residents’ well-being at first thought. The advice given has helped towards future care needs for her.

Crystal Court Care Home is a very clean, warm and welcoming. The staff, especially the manager, friendly, helpful and patient. My husband is well cared for and although bedbound always looks comfortable and above all I know he is safe.
